Wanda I. Ratcliff Cook, 57 of Indianapolis passed away February 16, 2010. She was born December 24, 1952 to James and Susan (Moreland) Ratcliff who have preceded her in death. She was a homemaker and loving mother and grandmother. She is survived by her husband, William Raymond Cook; son: William Raymond Cook, Jr. ; daughters, Amanda Rae Waldrup, Janet Lee Cook, Lisa Ann Carmer; brother, Mike Ratcliff; sisters, Sandy Overton, Betty Ann Kernodle, Shirley Crosley, Debbie Bryant, Donna Blackledge, Nancy Sanders, Kathy Cummings, Veronica Goodlet; 11 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Services are 2pm Friday, February 19, 2010 at the Usher Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Floral Park Cemetery. Friends may call from 10am until the time of services on Friday.
