Judy Arter, 75 of Indianapolis passed away January 5, 2009. She was born October 3, 1933 in Indianapolis to Merle and Julia Carr. Judy was preceded in death by her husband, Dick Arter and her son, Kerry Arter. Judy was retired from Comcast where she had worked in purchasing. She is survived by her son, Kevin Arter; daughters in law, Christine Arter and Marie Arter; sister, Frankie Starlin; granddaughter, Allison Anderson. A memorial mass for Judy is scheduled for 5:30pm Thursday, January 8, 2009 at Christ the King Catholic Church in Indianapolis, Indiana. Online condolences at usherfuneralhome.com
