She is survived by her children, Brian Herbert, Scott Herbert and Jan Potter; grandchildren, Nicole Herbert, Lindsey Herbert and Isabel Potter; sisters, Marie Rader and Evelyn Moore Graveside services are 1pm Friday, July 3, 2009 at Holy Cross Cemetery.
