Glenn "Ed" Quinn, 76 of Indianapolis passed away September 29, 2009. Affectionately known as "Pop" to his family and friends, Ed was a 1951 graduate of Cathedral High School. He later attended Emory Riddle Aviation School. Ed worked for Delta Airlines where he was an Airline Mechanic. He retired in 1992 after 31 years of service. Ed was an Air Force veteran and was awarded the National Defense Medal. He was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church and he enjoyed being outdoors, spending time with his family and working on his various projects. He was preceded in death by his wife, Joanie Quinn. He is survived by his sons, Stephen and Anthony Quinn; grandchildren, Brieanna, Stephanie, Christopher, Michelle, and Jennifer Quinn; great grandchildren, Elijah and Savannah. Services for Ed are 9:30am Friday, Oct. 2 at the Usher Funeral Home and 10am at St. Anthony Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
