Wesley R. Stout, 46 passed away November 5th, 2009. He is survived by his mother, Norma Arnold; sisters, Gwendolyn Kennedy, Cynthia Norton; brothers, George and John Stout. Services will be held at Noon Tuesday, Nov. 10th at Old Bethel United Methodist Church (21st & Franklin Rd.). There will be a fellowship dinner immediately following the services. Friends may call from 10am until the time of services at the church. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Stout family in care of the funeral home. Usher Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
